Introducing our first sous chef, Nadiah, who may be young but that doesn’t mean she’s inexperienced nor untalented! With a passion for food, her palate is impeccable and her gift for cooking is even more amazing. Graduating at the top of her class from Culinary Institute Of America, Chef Nadiah learnt from the best chefs from all over the world.
“I love to experiment with food, the flavours, ingredients and dishes you never thought could go together are my specialty. I like to deconstruct a dish’s flavour and build it back up again. My mother and grandmother have influenced me greatly. They are my biggest supporters who love my food and my passion to be a chef. I hope under the guidance of great renowned chefs, I can be a head chef of my own one day.”
Chef Nadiah’s specialties include pastries and Mediterranean cuisine. Though this might seem atypical, this is what she is best known for. Not only is she an amazing chef in the kitchen, despite her young age, she has earned the respect and trust of many industry professionals as well.
