Chef Jessica Patel graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Australia in 1998 and has been in the industry for over 20 years. The head chef at Delicious, she takes inspiration from her own Indian culinary background while infusing with various cuisines she learnt from her time in Le Cordon Bleu, her creations are truly out of this world!

“I knew I was born to be a chef. Ever since I was 6 years old, I was always curious about what my Daadee Ma was cooking, what spices she used, how she made delicious, wholesome meals for the whole family. My grandmother and the many women in my family are my inspiration. They taught me to love food the way every traditional family made. My life long lesson has been how beautiful, organic ingredients are important in order to make beautiful meals.”
